I think it's because it's kind of an embarassing story and I tend to block out stories that I don't particularly enjoy. But thank you for the other thing you said. However, I think you're just starting to feel remorseful for what you've done to me and now you're trying to butter me up. But so far, only one new person knows that it's me in the picture.
