O'Hare airport...the perfectly miserable end...to any business trip. They forgot that it was summer...so (presumably to save money) or because some United employee whose retirement has been taken from them; forgot to turn on the air conditioning. It was 80* all over the airport. Happy Traveling..."Thanks for choosing United!"
