Molly Claire Jeppsen

As promised...the first published pictures of the new baby!

even though Jen broke our agreement...nay...verbal contract...and had the baby a day earlier than she told me...(intentionally trying to put me off the trail). Much like the way a famous star would try to fool the Paparazzi about the true location of their wedding. Well....let me tell you something..missy! (meaning Jen...not Missy...as in Missy & Ryan) You would not be the Blog Star that you are today...without the Blogarazzi!...so go ahead and try to throw me off the trail...But I wll always know that you went to extreme measures to keep me away from the hospital. I had already taken the day off...and planned to be at St. Johns all day...just like we agreed.

I will be there...to cover Molly's first birthday. April 11, 2007. I bet you will even try to throw me off by having the dirthday party on the wrong day.

Rachel. When is your "plane due to land"... Posted by Picasa

Jen has a baby!

This is what happens when you don't call the Hillenblog in to take the pictures...but you just go on and have your baby at any ole...unscheduled time....sure...make it conveniant for YOU! Posted by Picasa

World Exclusive! Jen's Ultrasound Pics!

That's right folks...Published here first (as promised) the world exclusive first look at the Jen's NEW Girl! (I think they are going to name her Markie) as you can kind of tell...she looks like Jen...(looking at the Ultrasound 11:00 is the top of her head...5:00 is her Chin...2:00 & 8:00 are eyes...and those Chubby Cheeks...well they are everywhere.
Speaking of Chubby...well...the picture got cut off...but you can tell...that Jen is Actually Pregnant...Even when standing near other Expecting mom's. Of course none of the expectant Mom's look quite as good as Rachel. However her Delivery is more like "Take out' than "eat in"...which is cool, cause Hillenblog himself was a "take out baby".
I have been negotiating to get you people Jen's exclusive birth photo's here...but Missy and Jenny are wanting that coverage for themselves.
I'm not sure what to do. I think we need a Readers Poll.
Readers, Who's Birth should Hillenblog cover exclusively? Jen, Missy, Jenny or Rachel's? Posted by Picasa

I havent kept you updated lately about Jen...so here goes...Notice that she is starting to show...(her belly that is)
This Pregnant Body

Jen Jeppsen, sufficient rest is one of the most important components of a healthy pregnancy. Pregnancy-related insomnia may start to affect your daily routine, but there are things you can do to help. Make sure you always go to the bathroom before you go to bed so you won't be awakened in the middle of the night. Try using pillows in different places under your chest, abdomen or between your knees. Find an arrangement that is most comfortable for you. Take a warm bath or read before bed to relax you further.

There are some simple stretches and exercises that can help relieve some muscle and ligament pain and pressure that may be disrupting your sleep.

This week's topic: Bleeding gums

Your Baby

Your baby weights about 5.25 ounces and is 5-1/2 inches long from crown to rump, or about the size of a pickle.

If you notice your belly making regular, jerky movements, don't panic - your baby has the hiccups! The hiccups are harmless for baby but can be annoying for you if they last for a long period of time.

Your baby's digestive system is starting to produce meconium, its first fecal matter. Some new moms are scared at the sight of it and think something must be wrong with their baby.

Click here to read more about meconium.

This is day number 72 and you're 11 weeks pregnant!
You have 208 days or 29 weeks left, and are 27.5% of the way there.
Baby's age since conception is 58 days or 9 weeks. You are due on 4/15/2006. Jen: You can still reach the Piano...(OK...that was uncalled for...and I apologize) You definately have that "mother-to-be" glow about you (that or my flash is set too high) Here you can see Jen taking a break from her ivory tickling activities to pose for her weekly photo on Hillenblog. That's right folks...tune in here weekly to stay up to date on the delivery of #3.

Jen: We missed you today...no photo...but we still have the weekly report to our readers.

Week 10: 30 weeks or 217 days until Wednesday, April 15, 2006.

Your baby now is somewhere between 1 and 1 1/2
inches in length and probably weighs about 4 grams (which is
about the same weight as 4 paper clips). In terms of
physical development, your baby has toes, eyes that are
usually open, and ears that are completely formed. Your baby
now has lips and the genitals that are becoming more clearly
defined. The little pollywog you have inside loses its
"tail". This is what is termed "the fetal period".
For an image of your baby at 10 weeks visit: here
(note...this is NOT YOUR ACTUAL baby...but a representation)
Till next week.
