This Pregnant Body
Jen Jeppsen, sufficient rest is one of the most important components of a healthy pregnancy. Pregnancy-related insomnia may start to affect your daily routine, but there are things you can do to help. Make sure you always go to the bathroom before you go to bed so you won't be awakened in the middle of the night. Try using pillows in different places under your chest, abdomen or between your knees. Find an arrangement that is most comfortable for you. Take a warm bath or read before bed to relax you further.

There are some simple stretches and exercises that can help relieve some muscle and ligament pain and pressure that may be disrupting your sleep.

Your Baby
Your baby weights about 5.25 ounces and is 5-1/2 inches long from crown to rump, or about the size of a pickle.
If you notice your belly making regular, jerky movements, don't panic - your baby has the hiccups! The hiccups are harmless for baby but can be annoying for you if they last for a long period of time.
Your baby's digestive system is starting to produce meconium, its first fecal matter. Some new moms are scared at the sight of it and think something must be wrong with their baby.

so...my buddy scotty pulls the "trigger" on a smoker on ebay...and we all (irog, and GW) road trip it to Mt Pleasant, Texas to pick it up...800 miles and 14 hours of bustin on basically everyone who was not in the car. Also we had some dan good BBQ at Bodacious Bar-B-Q...That is Scott's Smoker in the foreground.
And...if you look closely you can see the tread marks from where I ran over OD's foot with the "get away car"...oops. Bonus points for having her toenails polished...truly an important sign for any of you guys out there that are paying attention...and old enough to notice girls (you know who you are)
